, has an ongoing love affair with Baccala, or salted cod, which i tend to view more as cat food
. On his menu today i saw one platter described as Baccala Sacro e Profano
, or salted Cod, Sacred and Profane. Well, it’s ALL Profano
to me! Smile. Or as Luca says whenever I enter, NO Baccala for YOU!
